The Elks Hearing & Balance Center began as a program of the Elks Rehab Hospital in the early 1970s. Certified Audiologists provided hearing testing for the community. The program grew to meet the ever expanding needs and geographic base of our patients. Today we offer services where you live and work, with clinics in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa and Ontario, Oregon.

Our expert staff includes highly trained professionals, not salespeople. Our licensed Doctors of Audiology provide comprehensive evaluations to determine the cause and most appropriate treatment for hearing loss. We offer the most technologically advanced hearing aids from the world's best hearing instrument manufacturers with extensive follow up services. We provide the state's only cochlear implant program, primarily for patients with profound hearing loss. Certified Vestibular Physical Therapists utilize computerized testing to properly diagnose disorders involving balance, dizziness, vertigo and a history of falls. They design custom physical therapy to address their patients' needs. Expert Speech - Language Pathologists provide auditory rehabilitation for all age patients ranging from newborns diagnosed with hearing loss, toddlers and adolescents with ear and hearing impairments, to seniors who are managing progressive hearing loss.
